Hello, I'm Carla Macaulay, founder of Beyoutiful Hair and makeup ltd.

For more than twenty years, I've dedicated my career to delivering exceptional hair and makeup Services across every area of the beauty industry.

From hairdressing in Londons top salons to becoming a hair and makeup artist on the sets of award - winning TV and film productions.

My journey has been driven by two things, Creativity and helping people look and feel their most confident, empowered and beautiful selves.

My work spans globally in recognised productions including, Eastenders, Emmerdale, The Graham Norton Show and Alan Carr as well as major TV series for Netflix, AppleTV and Amazon prime, titles include The Witcher, The Dark Crystal, The Power and Ted Lasso (S1-3). Blockbuster films such as James Bond, Atonement, Guardians of the Galaxy and Maleficent 2, just to name a few.

Even though I work in TV, film and eduction I truly love being part of weddings and events.

There is something so magical about the energy of those moments and I'm passionate about creating beautiful, memorable looks that make all my brides look and feel incredible on their special day.

I have created a team of incredible artists due to high demand and larger bookings where more than one artist is needed. As a successful team I'm proud to say that we have won an award for the most recommended supplier on Hitched.com two years running.

One of the other most rewarding parts of my career is educating and inspiring others.

I'm deeply passionate about helping people grow, whether that's professionals wanting to add new skills to elevate their careers, artists looking to upskill with Confidence, or clients who simply want to learn how to do their own hair and makeup for everyday life. watching people grow with Confidence is another reason why I love what I do.

Whether I'm preparing someone for the camera, creating timeless bridal elegance or refining a clients everyday style. I will bring the same level of precision, creativity and professionalism to every service that I or my team provides.

Every artist within Beyoutiful is selected not only for their talent but for their attitude, warmth, kindness and commitment to outstanding client care.

All of our team members are trained and continually up-skilled through our BeYou Academy, ensuring we stay at the forefront of the Industry whether its TV, film, bridal styling, red carpet glam, editorial, Corporate shoots, events and galas.

Our team brings years of combined experience across Weddings, TV and film production, Corporate shoots and media to private events and VIP bookings as well as Festivals, Race days, Halloween and creative character and vintage looks.

Whether you need a full glam squad, a signal artist or a large multi- artist team for a big event, wedding or production, Carla will organise and provide a high end Service from start to finish.
